大家好，我叫Isa。我的中文名字是郭益香。我十八岁。我在澳门出生，但是我的父母是波兰人。在澳门，我去了一所国际学校，所以我不可以说太多中文。在 UBC，我是二年级的学生。我想上中文课因为如果你不会说中文，就很难在澳门生活。我的父母也不可以说太多中文。当我去澳门探亲的时候，我希望我可以说中文。 My goal is to be able to speak confidently and hold a conversation, so I can use Chinese in useful everyday situations. I would also like to build my vocabulary and learn new words. Currently, when I speak Chinese, I need to pause a lot and think for a long time, and I use a lot of filler words （”那个”，”那什么“，“等等”）when I don’t know what to say. Because of this, I have had a lot of embarrassing conversations, and I think by practicing more in this class, I can overcome my problems.
